Reading: We are on to Theme 4....Imagine That! We will be reading stories that inspire the imagination! We will read about a snake, a summer vacation, a whale,
a chalk drawing, and a penguin. We are ready to use our imaginations.

Math:
We are working on adding and subtracting two digit numbers with and without regrouping.
Science:
We just started our unit on the five food groups. Ask your child
about Little D. He is a fun loving dragon who is learning all about the right way to eat. Don't be surprised
if your child asks for more fruits and vegetables!!!!
Religion:
Unit 6: In this unit we will learn about the Mass as we
prepare for the exciting day of receiving First Eucharist. We will learn about the different parts of the Mass and how we
can take part in the celebration of the Mass.
Social Studies:
In Social Studies we have been learning about the presidents and
important African Americans. Our next book theme is "We Learn Our Rules and Laws."
